I removed the previous files of gentoox home 3.1 with Avas file explorer.

I ftp'd the files to the E drive, ran the .xbe, logged into the xbox with putty (after using the xpad to do the first run configuration) and ran magic f-drive.

Stared at the "copying files" message for quite a while. Rebooted.

All seems well in the land of XBox Gentoox 3.2 Home, at least with this v1.3 xbox

No problem, it was the least I could do to help out with something that is worth the time. Sorry I dont know more about *nix or I would do much more, but I am definitely learning.
