language settings

i was on irc with my xbox yesterday and i am from finland so i tried to type รครถ but cause gentoox is english settings i cant so if someone could point me to finland language settinds :roll:

I just changed the Keyboardlayout in KDE and I could type all the special (german) characters not found on a english keyboard.
You can do this in the controll center under regional settings.

However this will only work for programms running while using the KDE Desktop.

nano -w /etc/rc.conf

KEYMAP="fi-latin1 euro2"
CONSOLEFONT="lat9-16"

:) That should do the trick
