Questions about GMC and G Home 3.1

I've got GentooX Home 3.0C (native) installed with much indiviual settings, programs etc. Is there a way to install GentooX Media Center without formatting F?
If choose to install Media Center and Home 3.1, will my Home 3.1 be an E install or will it be native on F too?
