cant even download Gentoox.ShALLaX.Home-Edition-v3.0c.rar...

i dont know why, but i try to open Gentoox.ShALLaX.Home-Edition-v3.0c.rar in winrar, and it will not allow me to extract any files, the progress bar just stays there, any suggestions?

Using an outdated version of RAR on your end.
