Must have done something stupid

Hello all, seems iv killed my xbox,
Some how i managed to format everything, i installed MCE, but lost everything else along the way, Now i dont even have the MS dashboard,
And evox is now on the c: instead of my old F
I try and make the games and trainers folder on F but they seem to disappear,
Anyone know whats happening, or how i should fix it so i can run everything of F again, without things going missing, and also get my
MS dashboard back??
I have a 1.6 xbox,
Please help, im pritty lost,
