Hello!
I ripped my LotR 3 DVD with good quality and now i've got 2 files
"Herr der Ringe 3.avi" - 370mb featuring the last 30 minutes
"Herr der Ringe 3.avi-000" 2gb feauturing the rest of the film

Why does the dvdripper create two files and how can i merge them into one?
I want to view the files on my normal PC and its annoying to click on two files to see the movie

Because there is a limit to the size of one file, 2g. If you were to ever try to burn that using the ISO format 2g file is the max size allowed.

Oki

I re-encoded it on my PC

Now i've got another problem:
4 ripping items in a row (Babylon 5, Series 1, Episode 1 to 4). The xbox ripped the 4 vobs, but only transcoded Episode 1.
At the moment the transcoding is hanging..."waiting for permission to start transcording"

wtf? :)

Next message:
"Your connection to the myth transcoding demon has gone away. this is not a good thing" :(

The Limit of Fatx is 4GB. But if I'm not mistaken, MCE uses a native install anyways, so Fatx shouldn't have anything to do with it. But then again, I could be mistaken. :?
