So there's no way to perform a native install and load from dashboard? Um.. yes there is.. Its very easy, if yuo don't need F, you you do a native install after this you only need to download Gentoox Loader (or cromwell/xcromwell) and put the .xbe files somewhere on C:\ or E:\.. then you just start...

There is a tool in gentoox for chaning resolution..
As for ip, you have to change your settings in /etc/conf.d/net and /etc/resolv.conf

(in resolv.conf goes dns details)

just curious, is it possible to upgrade to 256? 512? No! the ram chips are 16mb each, you can't get bigger ones for the xbox PS. If your not experienced and very good at soldering i DO NOT recomend you try this upgrade, i was able to make sparkled come out of my chips, and now the mobo just frags XD

There is absolutely no point in having swap above 256mb. So having more than 256MB is something you'd never do :wink: Nice sample nobspangle :D Actually on my totally native gentoo i have something like 350 :/ couldn't hava cared less when i was using fdisk xD.. Personally i prefer fluxbox
but XFCE you could allso install via Magic..
I recomend you saying no to KDE and yes to XFCE when you run magic
