hey shallax great work man, i am waiting for the final release so i can leave my xbox on 24/7. dud, is it possible to put together a tutorial for noobs using Home v3.0c, using only XFCE, to install apache2, mysql and php4 with SSL i know its easy for you man :) maybe we can run magic to install them...

If you're using home editition make sure you add mysql to your USE variable before you emerge mod_php or php otherwise you'll build without mysql support how do i that? do you know a good tutorial about installing apache2+mysql+php4? emerge mod_php OR php, i thought this was one cmd line!. 5) emerg...

is it me or is it that gentoox for xbox is having trouble with auto-updating the system correctly? cause i ran magic, magic built an incorrectly kernel. I had to deleted some files (oldlinuz..) had to reformat HD again with slayers, then i had to upload gentoox again, so i wanned to install apache2 ...

how can i setup VNC server to bring up an 800x600x32 resolution instead of 600x480x24 resolution? help would be apreciated.

ok i can control X with VNC now... (no port fowarding rules in router conf for port:5901). Am not really into Java so i'll just continue using TightVNC. am using a netgear router that doesn't support loopback connections.. i cant connect to VNC server, if i update the system by running magic how long will it take to compile everything?? i use TightVNC to connect to xboxip::5801 but the connection fails all the time, i tried to use http://xboxip:5801...
