Can you not throw it onto a dvd with a dummy file?

dvd-r work in any WORKING xbox dvd drive that i know of.

Upgrading to home 6.1 as I type this had no luck with 6.0a unfortunatley. seemed to work ok untill I emerged limewire, after that my install failed to boot saying there was no disk space left :( have had no luck since home 4.0 & can`t seem to use 4.0 anymore as I can`t emerge anything on it. I tried to do a mem upgrade quite some time ago now but ended in fragging left right & centre. Could people clarify this for me? Did YOU add the /dev/hda2 line... or was it something the installation script did? Was starting to think I was a numpty till I checked these forums, I`m having the same problem with Home 6.0a on a stock 10GB, Hope It gets fixed cos I miss my gentoox & am having to use my pc alot more again now. I always used to rename it to default.xbe and put it in a folder on it's own in the e drive. and edit the ini to reflect this.

Unfortunatly It didn't help. after looking at the temp folder i found files equaling around 3gb. Figuring that would be enough usable space I deleted them all and then found i have even less space than before I deleted them. At this stage I feel like a total looser... sigh... Is there any maintence ...
