make sure its the ip address shown on the screen. also when using putty (the best choice IMO) make sure ssh is selected and port 22 is being used. I am using home 3c, the ftp installation on the E drive. got it up and running, I have no xkeyboard so I SSH into the xbox, get logged in as root, run magic. magic is now on about its 3rd hour and 9 of 14 compiling/merging gnome base. how long does it take???
