Problem updating Alsa

Hii since yesterday I can't update ALSA using magic... it says INVALID PORT > RETRYING when it try to get the file on the ftp ! after 10 attempt, it leave... I have no sound anymore... I'm using the home 2.1 version on a PAL xbox... thanks for help http://photosmeetings.free.fr/divers/alsa.jpg

I hope the next window manager (icewm) will have font adapted for TV screen by default...(at least 16 pixel everywhere)...

As kde will be present, I suggest "Kopete" a msn, aim, icq pager...take too much time to build it last time :( :(
