oh, apperently this issue has already been addressed in the current release. I hadn't been to the page for a while to check.

Is there a reason the MCE installer will only flash the bios with a 256k image? I picked up an older xbox on ebay with a "dirty disc" error dvd drive. I was hoping to stick the MCE on there, but according to the site, the installer wants to reflash the active bios (and in my case, only ava...
