I tried to download "winex" by doing the following:

emerge winex
then a message appeared, and said it had been removed from portage. I have downloaded this, but cant find a way to install it. I would apreciate any help. Thanks

need help with downloaded programs!!

Last nigh, i downloaded some linux programs through the internet browser. I cant seem to find the way to install them, please help.

!!! ARCH is not set... Are you missing the /etc/make.profile symlink?
!!! Is the symlink correct? Is your portage tree complete?
every time i want ot @emerge@ something i get this fu%&@ error.

Need Info Please

I may be flamed for this, but i still want to know. If I have a retail Seagate HD, with an F partition of 2400 mb, can I still install Gentoox natively on my xbox?
