I think the mythtv version is compiled without an dvb support!
Would there be another version?

Hello! I have problems to fit my tv screen. All voc and hov settings with "videoselect" were made, but there is no perfekt screen adjustment with 640x480 either with 800x600... Then i tried to fix the screen with different fbset settings...but nothing worked. What i don't understand, that ...

Hello! I installed MCE and got hda1 hda2 hda3 and hda4. The first three are clear...but what is the hda4? I thougt it is the "f" drive of the xbox mit ext3 right? But what is it, when i mount the hda55 drive? if have a 200,3 gb hd: /dev/hda4 184430208 80432 174981224 1% /mnt/media /dev/hda...

Of course,sorry. I edited the /root/.xinitrc and the .xsession into #!/bin/bash /usr/bin/setterm -blank 0 -powerdown 0 mythsetup #mythfrontend twm because i thougt this two files are the reason of autobooting into mce!? Total linux noob!:-) Then reboot, but nothing change...(Don't know why, probably...

Hello! First, thank you to Shallax. New Version of MCE works...:-) I try to get a Hauppauge Nova USB to work. Its an DVB Card. I enabled the TV Icon and the TV options but i didnt get it to work. It could not find the device.Driver are installed. No i read on mythtv.org that there is another setup!?...
