XOOPS isnt an emerge, but is easily installed and is EXTREMLEY good. It includes:

MySQL
Apache
proFTPd
webalizer
full PHP support
phpMyAdmin

and more all in a SINGLE Download. Its at sf.net and is easilly installable.
